How to do it!
- Decide on the theme for your show: a wedding, holiday, your
children from infancy to adulthood, your pets, your stamp collection
etc.
- Choose the pictures you want in the show. Any mixture of slides,
prints and negatives is possible.
- Put the pictures in showing order, preferably with numerical
labelling.
- You can include title screens and text captions up to 12 words
per screen if you wish. Please write these clearly and place them within
the show. They can appear separately or superimposed over a picture.
- Decide how long your show will last. Every screen shows for the
same length of time: you can choose between 5 and 10 seconds, which is
long enough for most people. Should you require longer than this, a
small additional charge is made. Individual pictures can be shown for
double the basic time span for just 10p extra.
- Your photos will be scanned by StowITnShowIT, processed for full
screen display and returned to you as you supplied them, along with your
video tape. Please note that the content of any "portrait style"
(tall) pictures will be adjusted as far as possible to fit the different
proportions of a TV screen, but it may sometimes be necessary to leave
some of the screen blank on either side of the picture, rather than
leave out important features.
